The Desert Series is proof that you can get your workouts in literally ANYWHERE! The Turn Up Tone Up Desert Series edition features four 30-minute workouts with some of my friends from the health and fitness industry. Use the desert series workouts in addition to your Turn Up Tone Up 30-Day Program. The Desert Series is also a great way to test out the Turn Up Tone Up workouts before starting the 30-day program!
